We normally post all items within two working days, however around busy periods such as Christmas and Fathers day it can take slightly longer before posting.

All UK orders are posted using first class recorded delivery, international orders are also posted by registered post and a signature will be required on delivery.

Should your item fail to arrive within a few days (longer for non UK orders) please visit www.royalmail.com and enter the recorded delivery reference number as emailed to you on posting to check the status. Please note: we cannot re-post orders until 21 days from posting have elapsed, for non UK orders this period is extended to 30 days from posting, as we are unable to make a claim for lost items until this period has elapsed.

Christmas ordering: please ensure that you have placed your order before the 15th December for UK orders, we cannot guarantee posting after this period. Non UK orders before the 5th December please to ensure dispatch.
