UK deliveries: Post Office recorded delivery (normally 1-3 days), or standard parcels (normally 1-5 days) depending upon the weight of your shipment.

All other destinations: international recorded delivery

The recorded delivery reference number is provided to you on your shipping advice email, which can be checked at The Royal Mail. Note: the reference number will not be available until a delivery attempt has been made.

Please note: we are unable to re-ship any order in the UK until a 15 day period (including Saturday) has elapsed, as we are unable to make a claim with the Post Office for missing orders until such time. For international orders this period is extended to 28 days from the date of dispatch. Only occasionally do items go missing or even get damaged, and is less than one percent of our total orders.
